1. Hygiene & Safety Standards

For the health and safety of our customers, we have a strict policy. Specifically, we do not accept returns or exchanges on underwear or lingerie. This applies once the package has been opened or the product has been tried on. In fact, this policy ensures the safety of every customer.

2. Eligibility for Returns

Nevertheless, you may request a return or exchange under specific circumstances. For instance, you are eligible if:

  • Manufacturing Defects: The item has a clear defect, such as torn fabric or stains.

  • Wrong Item Sent: You received a different size, color, or model than ordered.

Conditions for Return

To qualify for a return in the cases mentioned above:

  • First, the claim must be made within 14 days of the delivery date.

  • Second, the item must be unworn and unwashed.

  • Finally, it must be in its original packaging with all tags attached.

3. Shipping Costs & Delivery Refusal

We strive to keep our shipping process transparent. Here is how we handle shipping fees:

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If the mistake is ours, do not worry. Consequently, Isisaa will cover all shipping costs.

  • Refusal of Receipt: If you refuse the package for personal reasons (change of mind):

    • For Cash on Delivery: You are kindly requested to pay the shipping fees to the courier.

    • For Pre-paid Orders: The shipping fees will be deducted from your refund amount.

4. How to Request a Return

If you receive a defective item, please follow these steps immediately:

  4. Then, our team will review your request. If approved, we will arrange a pickup.

  • Approval: We will issue a full refund or send a replacement free of charge.

  • Method: Refunds are processed via the original payment method or Mobile Wallet.

  • Timing: Typically, this takes between 5 to 7 business days.
