The return period of goods varies from one commodity to another depending on the warranty.

If the product has defects in workmanship or materials, or if the product is damaged. The customer has the right to replace the product with another product of the same category, and in the event that it is not available, the money will be returned to the customer.

In the event that the customer wishes to return the product for his own reason, the customer shall bear the value of shipping the product, and it is stipulated that the packaging should be in good condition.

The warranty does not cover misuse of the product or any negligent handling of the product.

We assure you that every product we offer you is authentic and made with the utmost care.

Cosmetics and natural oils cannot be returned after opening the package. It must be stamped with its own security seal.

The warranty on Rosalite Egyptian accessories is 14 days. We assure you that the product will last for many years and retain its luster because its ingredients are original and natural.

The leather product warranty is 14 days from purchase and this does not include misuse. The guarantee varies from one product to another according to the type of leather itself (crocodile skin - snake - cow - fur...etc).
