1. Partnership Guidelines

Eligibility Requirements

To maintain market quality, our wholesale program is exclusively for established businesses.

  • Target Partners: Physical retail stores, online shops, and authorized distributors.

  • Verification: We reserve the right to request proof of business (such as a commercial register or active social media pages) before approving your account.

Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

We have set reasonable limits to ensure serious trade cooperation.

  • First Order: The initial order must be at least [24 pieces] OR a total value of [EGP 3,000].

  • Restocking: Subsequent re-orders must be a minimum of [12 pieces].

Pricing & Reselling Policy

Protecting the brand image helps us all grow. Therefore, all partners must adhere to the following:

  • Recommended Retail Price (RRP): Retailers should sell Isisaa products at the official suggested price.

  • Fair Competition: Undercutting prices or selling below cost is strictly prohibited to protect other partners.

  • Violations: Consequently, any breach of this policy will result in the immediate termination of the partnership.

Copyright & Assets

You are welcome to use our official marketing materials.

  • Usage: Partners may use Isisaa’s high-quality images and videos for promotion.

  • Restriction: However, removing the logo or altering the images in a way that misrepresents the brand is not allowed.

2. Financial & Shipping Policy

Payment Terms

We offer a secure and flexible payment structure.

  • Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin processing your order.

  • Final Payment: The remaining 50% is due before shipment (for governorates) or upon delivery (Headquarters pickup).

  • Methods: We accept Bank Transfer, InstaPay, Vodafone Cash, or Cash on Delivery (at HQ only).

Shipping & Delivery

  • Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight and destination. The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs.

  • Free Shipping: Additionally, orders exceeding [EGP 10,000] qualify for free shipping.

  • Timeline: Orders are typically processed and shipped within [3-5] business days.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the intimate nature of our products, we uphold strict hygiene standards.

  • Final Sale: Wholesale orders are final and non-refundable.

  • Defects: However, in the rare case of a manufacturing defect, please report it within 3 days of receipt. We will replace the defective item immediately at no extra cost.

Order Modifications

  • Timeframe: You may add or remove items within 24 hours of placing the deposit.

  • Processing: After this period, the order enters the preparation stage and cannot be altered.
